| The Agency Venilia Turservice was born in 1982 during the summer holidays, organized as mass phenomenon in Italy. It works in Calabria, in Soverato (cz), a developed touristic town. |
From 1982 to 1995 the agency is managed with a frequent turn over because, being a society, its social structure often changes. Even if it is not directly committed and although the computerization of this sector is still at the beginning, the company achieves good successes and need of two computer workstations.The agency is a reference point for important operators as Club Med and Alpitour.
In the early nineties, the owners restricts the agency functions just to the sale of FS tickets, the only service still operated since 1982.The former owners wanted to sell the activity to some other operator but nobody was interested in because of a quite complex situation.When Mr Antonio D’Ippolito hears of this situation decides to assume the responsibility of the company, motivated by his passion for the touristic sector. It’s the 3rd July 1995. From this moment the agency changes owner and starts a new phase. In the first years, the attention is focused to set everything up: qualifications, ticket-office, trade agreements.The important turning point is in 1999 when the agency is moved in a new office set in via Comito.
 It’s right to thanks who, together with the holder of the agency, has supported this work for years, especially Michela Gioffre, Morena Macri, Giuliana Abruzzo, Pasquale D’urso, Barbara Loccisano, Stefania Gallace. Now we are going towards other challenges which will lead to a more and more increasing competitiveness so we need specialist and versatile skills.
Considering the development of new technologies, our project, nowadays, is to use our professional skills in order to put our services on the net.
In a market that is in a constant evolution, where the key words of the future will be mobility, flexibility, on demand, our purpose is to became an important reference point for our present and future customers both on line and off line, using our knowledge at best.
